Assuming
- All 13 AMDEP MAN A24 are transferred out to WLDEP and KJDEP after the handover of Seletar Package..
- SG A95 are handed over to SMRT..
- SMRT still have the mindset of keeping the bendy culture on 184, 964 and feeder services..
5 A24 to WLDEP for 184 WAB (56% WAB)
2 A24 to KJDEP for 300 WAB (55% WAB)
9 A95 to WPDEP for 856 WAB (65% WAB)
2 A24 to WLDEP for 900 WAB (66% WAB)
4 A24 to WPDEP for 964 WAB (63% WAB)

I rather put those A24s to Woodlands feeders/Intratowns each..Kjdep just need 3 A24s for their feeders spare buses.Amdep keep 4 units in case they take 858 duties.
If i am the LTA planner,Then these few services is under shortened or split consideration..

"The LTA said: "Long bus routes are typically less reliable and lead to more bus bunching, and therefore, longer waiting times for commuters.
"But these concerns have to be balanced with concerns from stakeholders, whom we regularly consult. Where there is strong support from commuters, advisers and grassroots leaders, LTA is prepared to shorten or split long bus routes so as to improve the reliability of these services." 100? Then 53 also must cut because it is equally long but a loop service?
Why cant?24,36,53 all they can delete some sectors and make it more direct to Airport..36 also can make Airport-Suntec City(Loop) while a new svc with DDs from UEC can loop at Tomlinson Rd...Lol
Seletar GCM re-deployments:
SG5176G - SG5185E for Seletar.
I assume that GAG will take in 120 DDs + 10% SP = 132 DDs.
GAG has 36 DDs currently.
There are 94 SBS plate rego B4 WEGs and 23 B3 WEGs with SBST currently.
This means that 21 of these DDs will not go to Loyang.
By rego order, this means that buses regged from SBS3503Y onwards will stay with SBST.
Who knows if HGDEP will partial control 76 eventually and deploy their leftover GAG DDs (3503 3504 3505 3506 3516 3519) there?
But BBDEP definitely wouldn't want to swap the CDGEs on 70/76 for their Wrights.

What Seletar got to do with Loyang anyway?Seletar package is 60% SBST 40% SMRT leh...Go Ahead will stuck with B9TLs and Citaros forever one la..
Services 7, 99, 166, 201 should get perm CDGEs on BB side.
Service 80 should have less.
But BBDEP just throw their CDGEs as spare or kick them to other depots whenever possible.
At this point, BBDEP should stop their CDGE mahjong games. The fleet variety is almost gone.
And even if they continue, I hope they won't kick out Wrights with Wrights after they have kicked out their entire fleet of CDGEs to SP.

That's only if luh.. If the feeders and intratowns were to get the DD "upsize", I'd rather deploy 10+ A24 units to 858..
Service 99 transfer 5 DD duties to SLBP (total 11), BBDEP cut 3 duties (all SD) and upgrade 2 duties to DD, run on 23 DDs
5132X have a very high tendancy to bunch with the subsequent DD, and 5132X often takes the load with the back DD taking the leftovers
Last Friday around 1:15pm, 5132X arrived at Joo Koon with 3070D (5132X behind schedule), as a result, the BC driving 5132X did not get any breaks and immediately went to pick up the pax at Joo Koon
Before that around 1pm, using the app, I took 3070D that was 1-2mins behind 5132X and most ppl took 5132X, as a result 3070D went to Street 91 with less than 10 pax onboard at Blk 962

If you're the planner, thanks for making our journey time longer. Private car would be a better option.

I kinda agree on yr suggestion, SLBP have just way too many new buses as spare buses
For me, I would use the CDGEs to replace the retiring VO3X while transferring some of the new buses out
Depot transfer:
BBDEP to SLBP - 20 CDGEs, exchange for 25 Wrights
AMDEP to SLBP - 30 CDGEs, exchange for 30 wrights
Total CDGEs in SLBP = 35 (current) + 55 = 80 CDGEs
