Aiya wasted man.. Anyway how did you know that area can not be passable? Why can't SBST propose to LTA to amend the road over there, then 238 can have DD bus! Cool!

take 238 one round from toa payoh int (or until lorong 8) and you'll know....

2. cut out the centre divider of lorong 7 and adjust the kerbs at lorong 8.

maybe the diversion was managed very well.. at least buses can still move around unlike cars -
