I saw it around noon 3.40pm-4pm+ on 190... So, it should still be in KJ imo...

190 is already FULL KJDEP. (Minus out the WLDEP 961/190 and AMDEP 61/190 crossover buses)

This is called AMDEP playing punk with its music bus
Last time when 2812L was in AMDEP, it didn't super glue to its perm service, but instead, it cameoed other services.

Parked buses are a hazard

I ALWAYS travel along Kranji Road for work in the Lim Chu Kang area and I notice that buses are always parked along both sides of the road.
I have seen this happening any time between 8pm and 6am. This is a safety hazard to pedestrians and drivers. There are no traffic light crossings or overhead pedestrian bridges there. Moreover, as there are many companies in the vicinity, workers tend to frequent the eating house there.
I know there is a bus depot in the area. Shouldn't all the buses be parked inside it rather than along this stretch of road? If the depot cannot accommodate all the buses, action should be taken to ensure the safety of both pedestrians and motorists.
Are buses exempt from summonses from the Traffic Police even though the law strictly states that there should be no parking on double yellow lines?
I hope action will be taken by the relevant authorities.

I think SMRT had to really start utillising overnight parking at some more interchanges like CCK and WDL. I see that all 3 depots couldn't cope the number of buses at the moment. I agree it's a hazard but the public should be understanding about the matter, which i doubt so. Give SMRT sometime to manage the fleet with a round of redeployments. I know there are plans for a KCDEP in the coming years and i hope it will help ease the choking of buses into the depots.

i think SMRT did get the approval from the authorities to park their buses along the roadside... Frankly speaking, i also work at that area... i dun think these buses are causing hazard to any one. The traffic is very light at night... and there are very very few people walking on the road at night, except for some foreign workers who went to the shop/coffee shop at night..
I dun think LTA/TP bother to go check that area also. I have alrd feedback to them a lot of time about illegal parking by car/lorry at the junction of Kranji Loop/Kranji road, near the coffeeshop areas during day time and they dun even come and give summon to these vehicles. If you have taken 925 during peak hours, you can notice of those illegal parked vehicles at the road side..

to add on, i believe KJDEP transfer these 4 CAC buses to WLDEP is due to the complain in the newspaper....
I hereby confirm that TIB781L is 966's AM Peak Perm, as edited in the SgWiki Page by me.
Have seen this bus frequently on 966 during AM Peak.
It was originally taken off by me when TIB436J joined into 966's fleet.
TIB436J is full day perm, while TIB781L has never left 966's AM Peak. My apology for the mistake.

for WL's case, if they are going to start overnight parking, Where are they going to start?
Even if WL has that in their own interchange, What about others? Batok already taken by KJ, while Yishun under AM, so there is literally no more space for WL to do overnight parking.
