i think 45 never had mk3 perm until now... They skipped from N113 straight to Mk4 to KUB i think

I hope sv158 gets a fleet downgrade too.
This svc nvr had MK3 perm. From MK2 jump to MK4. -

That one no choice, because HGDEP got to push some K230UBs over to service 113 which was made WAB on the 1st day it get perm K230UBs.Also add on service 151 and 165 that ever had suffered downgrade before.

Hopefully this might be a temp replacement... as service 45 is going WAB wef next week and perhaps BNDEP might replace it again with a spare K230UB. -

Hinting is never healthy as it leads to suspicions. So it's best to let those who know what they're doing to do what they need to do. :)
In general there are two types of bus fans, one is the mature and sensible type that know how to limit their usage of what they have and what they are given, and always keeping in mind what their actions may lead to what consequences. These are the trustworthy types that know how to keep a secret a secret. The other type is the ya-ya-papaya type that love to show off what they know and what they have, with totally no control of their information and just blurt it out to "show" that they know alot of things. These are the irresponsible types and may lead the entire community to trouble should they expose a secret and not keep a secret a secret. You don't trust someone by seeing what they have in common with you, but you trust somebody if you know you can trust someone because he is responsible with the information he gets from you. Otherwise there is no point sharing information if it ends up loose and wild on the streets. Like mentioned before, if you know something, keep it to yourself first and let those with concrete proof to say it out. And it's always best not to release information early as what happens if a sudden last minute change renders your information useless? So... what type of bus fan are you? :)
