Maybe the 963 / 700 bus? Perhaps the 963 bus was late. So 180 crossover 1 bus to 700 first. Then when the 963 bus come, the bus crossover to 180 instead of 700?

1154r is confirm to be a 61/180. Bus will do 180 before reporting for 61 under svc 61 timesheet. 1196u is doing the 61/180 slot today.

Not the case i think. Some other guys are seeing WLDEP bendies on 180 recently. So, i think it might be a new perm crossover slot but question is which is the parent service of the slot?
