The rider was taken to the hospital with injuries to his limbs & the BC and a colleague, who was in the bus, suffered slight injuries..
Still intrigues me how a motorcycle could end up there..

Actually its almost the same details as the one yesterday in Sin Ming.
if the motorcyclist can ram into the door, smash right through the glass, go up the steps, and still not stop by the aisle, it must have been travelling at a pretty ____ed up speed to be able to do that.
with that in mind, its no surprise he died.

I guess this incident will make the already superstitious SBST even more paranoid of the "4"s! And how about the lucky number buses with the 8s and 9s; still end up in flames? My opinion is not to be over engrossed in such superstitions as its going to make your life even worse. Better hide inside the hermit shell.
I think this is funny. If SBST want to be paranoid of the registrating "4", I dun see how it will affects the company and transport users. It is their belief and they had been running buses for years. We should respect their decision rather than saying that even if they avoided "4" and uses number "8" or " 9" accident still happens.

Maybe the yin and yang balance is distorted cos they chose not to register many K230s that end with "4", and k230s start with "8" for their rego so the 8 overwhelmed the 4 by leaps and bounds until the twin accidents in a single night happened.
some funny logic haha

My 400th post !
FYI , this bus is not a DM3500. DM3500s have poles that are yellow in colour and it's grab pole is like many diamonds stacking up. Notice that the A/C model is Sutrak. DM3500s have only Carrier and Carrier-Sutrak A/C models.
Cheers.

Isn't the position of the AC unit a clearer indication?

Only in the last few posts did anyone notice it was a Strider.
Let's get back on topic, shall we.
You all are too busy cursing bus companies that you can't even distinguish DM3500 from Strider.

It's simply too amazing that a motorbike can climb 3 steps up the public bus with the highest (if not one of the highest) floorboard and turn left into the aisle.
RIP for the biker.
Its a warning for those who like to speed.

if people continue to drive without a care, one day we'll find a car perched atop the floorboard of the bus, and the bus driving along with a car through it.

Really fortunate that the bus wasn't on revenue service.

They are both almost at the same position.

Yupp. Based on my observations between a Strider and a DM3500. ![]()
