  TIB721K seems to be perm 173.... Saw by forumers at least twice in a week.

  TIB721K did 173 thrice this week, so I think most probably is perm. And also plus TIB964B(KJDEP/BBBP) did 173 3 consecutive days.

  Probably the current exchange between 61/173/177 and 75/184 was done to prevent overcrowding at KJDEP.
  
  Notice that bendies were given to WLDEP in exchange for rigids to KJDEP.

  1) There might be a perm scania on 75.
  2) TIB711P and TIB721K perm 173?
  3) TIB564Y seems to have gone over to 187.
  4) CACs deployed on 178, scanias gone over to 75, 187.
