There's at least 1 OC on 927 everyday... That's why I say so... OAC and CAC are quite very rare on 927.
Btw, I suspect:

For 178's time table weekdays for Sch-H week is the former timetable with the AM09/PM09 going home from my side (Boon Lay) and the AM08/PM08 WL last car. Since the amended schedule for 178 a couple of weeks back, I really sense the schedule is worse than ART (Additional Run time), atleast ART is much better (ignore this portion though)
It's again on 188 this week. I saw on 188 on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday...

9363U active subt 9176T which was de-registered. Of course, 7555X is meant to replace 9363U. In fact, I had spotted 9363U doing 242 for about a month ago.

I thought it is alr 147 permer, according to new perm stix which was spotted last month. Confirm with others: Did 9203Z appear on 147 single time? As I didnt see it doing 147 at all.

SMB139U also. As for what I had observed for today:
TIB743Y TIB744U TIB766G TIB767D TIB789R TIB790K might be out of 75 because they are MIA today. (Either of 5)
Full-day cameos + perms :TIB446E (replaces TIB477R) +
TIB445H TIB490B TIB524M TIB534J TIB555Z TIB602X TIB630P TIB631L TIB794A
S Shift cameos: TIB565U (PM) TIB633G (PM) TIB635B (AM) TIB777A (AM) + TIB789R (appear during morning only) + TIB491Z SMB139U SMB140P SMB141L (AM only) SMB142J SMB143G
And it is very hard to follow 75 S Shift deployments, never fail to be messy.....
