  Do u think mkiiis r going 2 be refurbished (seats)? Like certain buses, going 4 refurbishment twice. y is it that I don't see refurbished DDs?

  MK3s and Merczs went refurbished twice. But the seats retained for 2nd round of refurbishment in which the 'affected' ones had their lifespan extended.

  But don;t really understand why SBST still retain the seats for LO3xs and VO3xs. (But I can understand that ALL of LO3xs are going to deregister in about a year's time)

  i thought they usually refurbish the seats as well

  VO3X Batch 2, 3 all getting new darker seat covers. All DTs already have them; the original ones wore out really quick. VSOs getting new covers right now.

  Which VO3X Batch 1 still got its original air-con ducts? SGWiki doesn't seem to be updated I see a lot more of them having the refubished red leather air-con ducts.

  I just took one of these on 10.

  And I took an LO with the original aircon fabric on 30.

  Haha it was rare to me cuz i had nvr ever seen those buses b4 and tat was my 1st time seeing them.... :)

  I didn't really notice as I thought that new seats would either be yellow or red with those funny swirly patterns (speaking of that I remembered a Scania DD in the Sri Maju fleet having those seats).

  Will SBST retrenched or stop hiring BC for maybe 3-4years time? As There is alot of MRT building around and it may affect SBST to cut down BC? Will it be possible?

  They don't even have enough BCs right now, otherwise why would they go all the way to China to recruit

  thanks.. i know 503S also got it..... have spotted 1xDM Merc O405 in AMDEP in full purple livery (similar to purple tone of the SBST livery) , including front, back, and even top+aircon of bus, and with no rego plate. This bus come with the additional signal light.... so wonder what is the rego of this bus. SBS503S and SBS536Y are still in service.. so most likely it is 3917L?....and what  is this bus going to be deploy as?
