Ok that means the last bus arrives Braddell Rd at 0410hrs is the last full trip bus that departs RWS at 2.12am? Anyway thanks for clearing my doubts ![]()

Its still technically possible. You can always put another type of body; doesn't have to be Volgren. The main point of consideration is
1. Is the chassis still structurally safe for use?
2. Would it be cost effective to rebuild the bus?
But if SBS do rebuild 9888Y in a new bodywork, it will be like a phoenix, rising in a new life after a fiery demise. :)
Like TIB1105H. Maybe SMRT gets spare parts from Tata Hispano. If not, send the chassis to Gemilang. XD
1) Svc 58 Weekdays PM Peak has one extra bus crossover from
unknown svc doing 1.5 trips (Bishan 1550 to Pasir Ris 2008)
2) Svc 53 Weekdays Sch Hols has one extra bus crossover from
unknown svc doing 1 trip (between 1456-1645)
Any idea from where?

I know it’s a bit overdue to ask about the Scania N113CRBs, but do remember that this bus was given a refurbishment just before it was phased out. I doubt SBS Transit could throw money into a bus just to scrap it later.
It was last reported at bndep lay up corner with the rest of the N113s not present and bound for the scrapyard.
Noob question: What is the height of our bus and a bus stop?

According to sgwiki, this bus uses LECIP EDS. Any pic of this bus?

eventual Bedok Integrated public tpt hub.
another mess to be created.
Boon Lay, Serangoon, Clementi, now Bedok & Jurong East.. who's next..
I'll say again, to think e minister in charge of national devt was SBS's GM in 1970s & 1980s.
Anyone knows when sbs 7888k or sbs 9889u will leave amk interchange?
For 167, which duty slot belongs to AMDEP, and which (slot) belongs to WLDEP?
Hello! Have a question. Not sure if this has been asked before, but how come Volvo Olympians sound like they have 5 gears but their gearbox is a ZF 4HP500 4-speed automatic?
Thanks!

Is the either reporter is ignorant or someone is bragging. One bus stop near Bt panjang can allow alighting /boarding of 3 bendies plus one normal bus at a same time

LTA is also extending the bus bay at blk 270 in bukit panjang to allow more buses to stop for passengers to board and alight. This will allow passengers to quickly board and alight, shortening travel time.
A normal bus stop can allow two buses to stop for passengers to board and alight at the same time, this high demand bus stop, after extending can allow 3 bendy buses and a single deck bus to stop at the same time.
for services such as 963 or 969 with almost half of its fleet consists or rigids and bendies, is it true that their slots are alternate, ie rigid - bendy - rigid?
thanks in advance

Rest assure its been asked countless times, but buses using the ZF will have the lock-up clutch engaging in between switches in gears. By default, the fuel is supposed to be cut when that happens to reduce wear on the clutch making it sound like a gear switch, but some buses don't do that resulting in a nauseating grinding sound.
Voith has the same mechanism, but the engaging is done just before the switch to 2nd in both 3 and 4 speed types, hence it sounds more "normal".
