  I've a question.. lets say a SBST Bus accidentally hit on to another SBS Bus, what will happen to the BC? Sack or deduct their salary?

  I have seen TIB1220H on 969, with the duty list showing 'overnight parking at Geylang'. Got habit overnight park at GLBP meh?

  Yes. Now 961 and RWS8 buses park there along with 969 overnight.

  It's ironic that 969 park there,Should have 61,985,106,980 park there.Tampines to AMDEP ain't that far.Probably some of the Marina Centre services like 75 & 960 should let AMDEP control some duties

  Did anyone notice the change of EDS for service 24, 27, 34 and 53?

  Last time it's something like this 

  NEW UPP CHANGI RD     24

  >CHANGI AIRPORT

  Now, it's like this

  CHANGI AIPORT  27

  BISHAN                  53

  LOOP SERVICE   34

  Saw a citaro on 24, 34, 53 and kub on 27 earlier today with the new type of eds.

  Yes, all the 24, 27, 34, and 53 buses should have their EDS details changed already. The new format applies to Euro IVs (Coolair EDS), Euro Vs (Hanover) & Citaros (Lawo) of the above mentioned services. Exceptions still occur though, like 8325L still with the old details probably because BC keyed in the old code.

  Because they are now officially recognised as loop services WEF 09 Jan, which probably means that the BCs no longer need to tap in at Changi Airport T2 PTB. (I will check later in the day if this is true). Timetable changes reflected online for all the above services, but not much change in freq if I'm not wrong.

  Also, if I'm not wrong, 36 is exempted because CGA is its only termination point.

  Yep, saw today and was rather surprised. IMO the old EDS display was nicer to look at. Now it's rather uninformative and not as 'neat' as the other services.

  I went down to Changi Airport to check today on the EDS details of the Airport services again. A few observations:

  1) Service 36 front EDS route details no change, looks the same for both Euro IV & Vs.

  2) So far only the perm Airport services buses have the newly reprogrammed and much simplified front EDS details. Cameos for these services (such as 6137B on 27, 8846A on 53) are still using the old format with 2 rows of words for the front EDS details for 27 & 53. But 8689L on 53 today is showing the newly programmed details for 53 even though it is a cameo, which probably makes it an exception so far even though it used to be ex-perm 24.

  3) Confirmed that there is no longer a need for BCs to tap in at the SBST office at Changi Airport PTB2. However, some BCs who tend to chiong too fast, or purposely want to be late so that they can chiong on the highway back to Pasir Ris/Bedok/Tampines often make use of the stop at PTB2 to park their buses for a few mins & use the toilets instead. But didn't see any of the BCs tapping in today. Toilet break & go.

  Just saw the reformatted EDS on the airport svcs today.They look like total shit man..Ppl who dunno the route properly surely would get more confused only by looking at the EDS..Just wonder wtf r sbst seriously thinking in their minds.

  So the office so big only Service 36 BCs tap?

  Not sure when will be the day Airport services turn into another Service 63...

  Before the change of timetable this week all the BCs had to tap in there right if I'm not wrong when they reach CGA PTB2?  

  But I observed today that none of the 24/27/34/53 BCs went to tap, only left the Sv 36 BC who was waiting to jump onto the next bus alone inside that office.

  Basically any other loop services' EDS details is better than what they have for the Airport services now.

  Haha yeah at least the svc 15 EDS is still clear enough to understand for those who dunno the route.But the new format on the airport svcs EDS is really total crap man.

  Saw 8379G on 53 today still using the old EDS format like last time.Still havent yet change to the new one.Hopefully they dont change it to the new stupid format..

  If i'm not wrong, cameos on the Airport services hadn't had their EDS details for the airport service they are doing changed yet. The perm buses are the priority. The cameos on 27 24 53 i spotted these past few days are all using the old front EDS details. With the exception of 8689L today and yesterday with the revamped 53 front EDS details.

  Why can't they hv EDS like those on 15, 76 etc. ???!!!
