This makes me remember about 25 being HGDEP controlled once before (don't know when). Remembered taking the O305s and later the newer air-conditioned buses back then.

No.
SLBP received too much flames in the past and was therefore banned from using VSOs. LOs are all they deserved.

what makes you think the flames inside banned the vsos?
if liddat why was citaro not banned ? since citaro was $33m/unit
