SBS 9075B newly refurbished

Anyone know where is ended up? Is it somewhere at Defu lane for scrap? That the only place I can think of where alot of old japanese lorries and truck parked there for re-exporting. There is no other place in east side of Singapore doing the scraping work of the bus.
hope that they can be sold overseas again..

Don't know that other than Hong Kong and China, whicjh other countries will buy them?
UK is not possible, since they are not using tri axle double deckers. At most just one for preservation purposes.

ya, I feel sad to see the Leyland olympians disappearing so soon. The MBO405 and Volvo Mk 3 buses were introduced earlier than the Leylands, yet the Leylands are retiring earlier than them. Worse still, these Leylands are amongst the last batch of buses by Leyland and of some historical values.

Think of the bright side, they will be fully gone only by 2013, whereas the O405 will be by this year and the Volvo B10M MK3 by next year when the Citaro comes by this year.
SBS9132U (The only unique LO3x) offically deregistered. Why unique? See the right hand side of it.

i dont see anything unique of 9132U.
SBS 9025X also refurbished. New A/C duct and new flooring. Suspect SBS 9088P too, cos I saw it at the workshop that day..

Yes. 9088P has new flooring ..
but why waste $$ to do it since only 1yr extension lol..
Check OM again that 9103D was deregistered. But then, it is very troublesome to check for any single one of those status as there are many of LO3xs....

You wanna try checking 1100 K230s? :)
9116 was towed this morning to HGDEP, presumbly to be scrapped since there's signs aplenty that it had been cannibalised, with obvious missing parts.

9051 is still parked in AMDEP till now with missing parts as well, while the rest (9005-9008) are gone...... and SBS451 is still in AMDEP till now, despite it was laid up since May 2010?

SBS9120D with new red a/c duct leather and lower deck flooring. the bus' interior looks quite gd even after so many years but its a/c could have been stronger for a more comfy ride IMO.
SBS9191Z still unrefurbished, with old gray duct.
