Should be enough time but if give it 2 year extension (or 18 months) and see if issues arises just send them for layup and awaiting de-registration if the wrights come in might be faster and saves time too. Just my opinion though.

Would'nt the British Motor Museum buy the bus back?
9000S 9022D 9051U 9104B gone case (according to OM)
That explains why remaining of the SLBP merczs are still on the road!!!

I rather the Volvo MK3s and Merc 0405s go off 1st before the LO3x does...
But for the LO3x, hopefully HK and China can consider buying over them from SBST.

I think they need time to build up the Wright B9TLs since they are build up part by part from chassis.
I'll rather they use the time to build quality products. ![]()

SBS9016Y
(Awaiting-deregistration)
Never spot it cameo on other service recently.
2 days for 9000S to 9009T to retire for the extended batch. (9000S lay-up, 9001 to 9009 another lifespan extension?) Maybe for now.....

They might extend another 18 months by refurbishing* this bus though, Like the UDs going under refurbishment took about half a quarter or 2 (months). 368Y was an exception, it took nearly 2 quarters.
(if not refurbished)

9002L suspected awaiting de-registration. When 9019P came to Sv 79 to replace 9002L, this bus did cameo on 179A and then didn't appear on other SLBP avcs anymore.
For 9000S, it last did 241 just few days before officially laid up.

SBST refurbs are faster than SMRT

SBS9000S to SBS9009T has been officially de-registered.

9004G no longer running on 174.
Originally posted by SBS8533C:9004G no longer running on 174.
It's already de-registered, together with SBS9000S and SBS9002L. SBS9000S was exported to UK. SBS9002L was scrapped @ Jalan Sungei Poyan. SBS9004G was scrapped also @ Jalan Sungei Poyan.

as of today that piece of information is misleading as 1M recognise that batch as de-registered.
