They can. Do note that the NEW Shenton Way Terminal is done and is awaiting the start of operations. I can say that they can kopw with the increase in demand.

I don't think is possible for NR1 and NR6 amended to serve MBS as the route will be too long. And how can you confirm those 2 will also be amended to ply along Bayfront Ave? I incline to think the rest of the NR i.e NR2 NR5 NR7 NR8 to start from Shenton Way Terminal via MBS and resume the current route.

Honestly, I find service 97's extension to MBS quite shocking.
They're bascially butchering the link to the Lau Pa Sat area.

which link? Suntec / Marina Ctr area to CBD and back still has 75...
Mm wondering is that the reason that 133 got K310UD demo? :)
Mostly affected services seems to be those affected during NEL rationlisation..
Cheers.

Me too. I think the KUD will act as a fleet addition once MBS opens.
My opinion is that 857 should be amended to terminate at MBS in order to minimise boarding and alighting times- too many ppl board this svc at Convention Center bus stop and delays the bus. So if the bus would terminate at MBS via Suntec City, ppl would not board it (e.g. svc 106 terminates at Marina Centre so no ppl board it at Suntec City to get to BBT) ![]()
Think SMRT might be considering 960 as well, since theres 963R straight to RWS from Woodlands, there bound to have a straight link to MBS too.

Jurong East / Clementi to Collyer Quay / Fullerton Rd
Haha.. The OC spamming on 960 shows they want to make a good impression over these few weeks with the opening of MBS, but unlikely they will extend it to MBS.
I foresee OC spamming for the next 2 weeks on 106.

A 960M? I dun think it's feasible baring in mind the demand. I dunno if they will come up with svcs like 857M, 700M or 961M? Just speculating.

The 'M' is too big for the EDS, so maybe 960A?
Operating hours would be the same as 700A for 960A to loop at MBS and back to Marina Bay Terminal.
For weekends and PH, terminates at Shenton Way Ter, just like what 853 is doing?
if they are adding buses, it should be all singledeck. sbst always liddat de wait until many complaint den put super
