I don't know leh, Perhap you can ask SBS why service 7 is from HGDEP and not BKDEP -

Yes, service 87 has been transferred to Bedok North Depot, but I don't know why service 7 does not belong to Bedok North Depot. (A Bedok - Clementi service being controlled by Hougang Depot is so strange!)

It could be because Sv. 7 was extended to Bedok, is that true?

it has come to our attention that another new 40VSOs are being built now.

And there goes the cycle of Airbus330Captain trying to get on all 40 VSOs, and me together with SBS 9819Y getting sick of them once the hype dies down(which is within a month or so). Ironic, really.

Today SBS 9845 X (service 161) met with an unfortunate accident. The bus is still in working condition, but the rear side is scratched into an ugly manner.

The vso accident:According to Charles,a van hit the rear of the vso on the SLE.

Part of service 7's fleet is controlled by Hougang Depot. -
SBS 9846 T is nowhere to be seen. It has been replaced by 2 Mercedes Benz O405. Speculated that it is taken out of service 168's fleet.

SO i guess other VSOs that are not in service with 161 and 168 are going around , perhaps to future VSO operators like 157 or 88 .

Regarding about new VSOs coming out, I suppose that some units of the new ones would go to Braddell Depot, and others go to the west.

I beg to differ. VSOs on service 161 are still operating as usual during weekday peak hours but not 168's. Sweetener for the residents before several services get withdrawn, isn't it? Damn obvious really. I think the 40 new VSO should be given to Soon Lee Depot and Bukit Batok Depot. Because HGDep have Trident already, AMK depot have VSO liao and BNdep have 998Y, 999U and 2888T already. SNDep and BBDep does not have all these buses, to be fair enough, the 40 new VSO should be with these Depots.
