What kind of improvements you want in bus services?

Toilets in buses , yucks ... imagine if the bus have problems and u see those yucky browish stuff coming out from the bus .

SBS can sometimes amaze me...
I complained of cockroaches in a bus and it was actually cleaned up.. hey were courteous, nice and responded (albeit very slowly.. more than 10 days) however, after a month, the roaches were back in force!
The main grouse is that they build buses for hobbits!
I got a bad back.. after a long trip, with knees crammed against the back of the seat in front, I need a chiropractor to straighten my back! -

TIBS is generally faster in replying and taking action. I complained of cockroaches in a bus and the bus was gone next day. It came back nice and clean with some fragrance. better still if can put radio in the bus.... although we already have tv mobile.. but then it gives prob now and then, like the images and volume... constantly irritating me... rather listen to receiver....
but then again if got radio, make sure that its audible.. -
I've taken a Tibs service NR2. The radio was on and tuning to Class 95. The rego was "TIB 495" if I did not remember wrongly. However, reception was kind of bad. I think the contract of trial with MediaCorp Radio has since expired and the radio on the buses are not being used anymore. Be like HK!! More double deckers at higher frequency! SBS ought to look at how Tibs maintain its buses.. SBS drivers shld be more friendly, esp. those on 170.

Oliver, the Sv. 170 drivers are already as frustrated as they are, they have to drive that route about 2-3 times each shift!

Like what Darryl says, driving service 170 is exceptionally stressful compared to other normal services.
