Service 184 is usually catered for passengers going to Bt Panjang after trasnferring from MRT at Clementi and also the students of Ngee Ann Poly. i deigned this 184 with the thinking that the clementi to b tpanjang link is important. even i use it too.
now as u may have noted u board the bus headed towards bt panjang from the int. (much better there right?)
and when u come from bt panjang u alight at the MRT station bus stop (where 184 loops now)
i solved the matter of 184 having to make a u-turn by making it do a large round at clementi int

Let it terminate at Sembawang MRT. Since there's only 981 serving the bus stop during peak hours only.
Service 261:
I think journey of service 261 is too short. Maybe extending the service will not make the drivers bored.. esp driving service 261 for so long. -
Make it an all Scania fleet for Sembawang area .

I once feedback to Tibs in 1999 about the extension of Svc 184 to Woodlands, and they replied they will "consider"... -
How about transferring SBST Svc 138 to Tibs and integrate with Svc 927 to become AMK to CCK via Mandai? -

Sometime around May 2000, I emailed Tibs to request for Bendy Buses for service 859. Harold Lim replied me saying that they do not have plans for Bendy Buses for service 859 (refer to template of Oliver). However, one month later, when Habit Buses are launched (18 June 2000), 859 is one of the first services to use it. Bt Panjang Int > BKE > Wodlands > Sembawang > Yishun > CTE > Yio Chu Kang Rd > Ang Mo Kio Central > Hougang Ctr > Hougang S'th.
I do think it is hard to get buses going to Upp Bt Timah to AMK/Hougang via Bt Panjang.
In addition, this bus can travel on the route of service 132 to increase competition. People always complain that the frequency of service 132 is really long. -
Lance 211 and Scania buses for those services . :X

Svc 971 can only loop at Hougang South but cannot terminate at Hougang South.
