Future MRT lines

Since we know the route of NEL already, but just waiting for it to open... why not predict what will be the stops of the stretch of Circle Line from Bishan to Bouna Vista?
And, anybody has a map on the upcoming MRT lines? Will they be linking Yishun MRT to Punggol MRT?

Yes, with the island full of MRT tracks, bus services might not be needed then, except for some feeders. I'm afraid that this will happen. -

probably no... considering MRT stations are so far apart. That didn't happen in HK. -

Bouna Vista --> Farrer --> Adam --> Thomson --> Bishan
don't think it'll passby Whitley though it has high passenger capacity

I disagree with this. Oliver, it is HIGHLY unlikely that the LTA would approve transfer of Marina Center services from SBST to TIBS(if it happens there goes my VSO on my 56!
)
Even if the Circle Line comes to Bishan, I don't think the services will switch operators. Remember SBST had to hand over Chua Chu Kang and Bukit Batok services in compensation for winning the tender for the NEL, and as such TIBS had to hand over Sengkang and Punggol services. -

Charles told me that Changi Airport Bus Terminals 1 & 2 will be merged to form a 'central' bus terminal, which will be built near Terminal 3, on ground level. I have a map of the Singapore Rail Network in 2030, but unfortunately it has been displaced. I got that map from Berita Harian 10 years ago. On that map, I remember the NEL was extended from Punggol to Marina Centre via Pulau Ubin, Changi Airport, East Coast and Marine Parade. Others include:
Buona Vista LRT - from Buona Vista MRT to Sentosa via Science Park and Pasir Panjang.
Western Extension of EWL to Tuas via Upper Jurong
The Circle Line via National Stadium, Paya Lebar, Serangoon, Bishan and Buona Vista
Yishun to Pasir Ris via Punggol NEL Station
Those are just someof the proposed MRT/LRT Lines that I can remember.

Buona Vista LRT - now to be Stage 5 of Circle Line, new rail system to be built at Sentosa from HarbourFront replacing the current Monorail
Extension of NEL to Marina Centre via Ubin/Airport/East Coast - this plan was shelved a few years ago, re-emerged as Eastern Regional Line covering Kallang, Kaki Bukit, Tampines and Marine Parade
Extension of EWL to Tuas - government to consider this line very seriously as demand for this line has grown considerably.
I've remembered another proposed LRT system from Tampines to Changi Airport as well as a new MRT Line from Hougang/Sengkang to Tampines, as future MRT/LRT Lines.

I read before there may be a "North Coast MRT/LRT Line" from Woodlands/Sembawang to Pasir Ris/Changi Airport via Simpang, Seletar and Punggol.

Stage 1: Dhoby Ghaut > (S'pore Arts) Museum > (Suntec) Convention Centre > Millennia > Nicoll Highway > Stage 2
Stage 2: (Stadium) Boulevard > Old Airport Rd > Tanjong Katong > Paya Lebar > MacPherson > Upper Paya Lebar > Stage 3
Stage 3: Bartley > Serangoon > Lor Chuan > Bishan > Marymount > Stages 4 & 5

As for Lornie Rd station (if there's really one), it will be like the NEL Woodleigh station, bulid the structure first, then when there's enough developments around it, complete the inner parts and open operations.
NUH nearby got NUS and Science Park, enough demand. PSA building got offices, and also other industrial buildings and SAJC are nearby. -
will the train stop at woodleigh station, but don't open doors, or just whiz thru it?
