SBST/LTA has stated that NE11 Woodleigh Station will NOT open for operation once the NEL starts. That means that the trains most probably will whiz pass it. From the map, the circle line terminates at HarbourFront station, but from the press release, it terminates at Millenia station. Can anyone confirm this?

Stage 2: (Stadium) Boulevard > Old Airport Rd > Tanjong Katong > Paya Lebar > MacPherson > Upper Paya Lebar > Stage 3
Stage 3: Bartley > Serangoon > Lor Chuan > Bishan > Marymount > Stages 4 & 5
My assumptions for Stages 4 & 5: Lornie Rd > Eng Neo Ave > Sixth Ave > Ghim Moh > Buona Vista > NUH > South Buona Vista Rd > Pasir Panjang Rd > PSA Building > HarbourFront > Keppel Rd > Marina BayFront > Millennia (Stage 1 station), thus forming the Circle Line. -
