  TIB854K got its OC Seats 1st last year. Recently, it was refurbished (interior; everything excluding the seats). 

  The info of the refurbishment of TIB854K is given by Kean Cham.

  No matter what, the list included only buses without refurbished interiors, which means even if refurbishment is done after the new seats were fitted, it should not be included in the list.

  The list only includes non-refurbished buses, since 854K is now refurbished, it will be removed from the list, counted as fully refurbished.
