why cant they exchange 1105H for a, let's say, Citaro G?

Doubt Mercedes will actually accept this arrangement. I believe they'd rathe loan a Citaro G to SMRT to trial instead.
So what will Mercedes Benz do if they take TIB1105H back to their factory ?

Because they found that in this instance, it is cheaper to rebuild it with spare parts instead of buying a brand new Citaro G.

They already have burnt Citaro G units back in London, why would they even need our 1105H ![]()
