Broadly speaking, copyright infringement is a constituent of plagiarism. Because it involves failing to acknowledge the originator.

You can acknowledge the originator and still be a copyright infringement, if you fail to obtain written permission from the originator to republish it.
You can publish an academic report using material from the originator with permission, but if it would be plagarism if you fail to acknowledge the source.
If you take something off somewhere and you fail to do either of the above, then don't even have to say liao...
So when can we *ever* have a new bus model discussion without pages and pages of flaming? ![]()

*wonders if Operation/Overkill could have had a change of mindset to say that "hey, maybe they might be right, i'll take it as a learning point and stop flaming and start discussing on more interesting topics."*

won't happen so soon. C&C already has Citroen, Mitsubishi, Kia and Mercedes-Benz under it. why would they want to dilute their image by getting involved in China vehicles?

Quite a biased view by you towards China-made vehicles....
hardly biased at all. don't think C&C would want to invest in the significant resources required to market and provide the support for another marque especially when they hold the distributorship for the entire range of MB vehicles. moreover by doing so C&C would lose its exclusive distributor rights of MB and would you think that is the desired outcome? obviously you don't see the potential conflict of interest there?
even then, the general opinion towards MIC vehicles are that they are mostly inferior in quality compared to their European counterparts anyway.
