  IMO , BBDEP dosent need the Wrights now since they dont have any Lo3X ..

  SL & AM /BR needs it more for now for Lo3X replacements rather then BB 

  , BB/BN/HG should be the last few to get since Volvos ..

  The wrights should be placed on the following services:

  23, 65, 132, 166.

  For their existing VO3X, regardless of batch, deploy to other services. Really sick and tired of the VO3Xs "domination" over the above services.

  Can x-fer some VO3x to SLBP mahx. IMO, 198 seriously needs some of them since there still have loads of VO3x perms left.
