Thanks for compiling and updating the list so far, it's a very useful reference to those not as readily in tune with the ground movements. I have a little suggestion though, as more Wrights get registered and deployed, can I suggest that you list the regoes by perm service instead of vice versa, so that it might be easier to read?
e.g. BRBP 60: 7505R 7508H 7509E 7516J etc
Thanks! :)
Agreed. ![]()
Especially there will be 450 new Wrights and another unknown number in future since there are still 300 plus VO3xes that needs to be replaced in the next 10 years.

You should worry more about the Volvo B10Ms.

You forgot, the Volvo Olympian 2-axle and Volvo Olympian 3-axle Batch 1 will be de-registered in the next few weeks. Probably that the Wrights were also replacing the Volvo Olympians.

Why did you change the service list again including former perms and cameos?
Originally posted by service_238:if the LOs are extended what are the chances the VOs (3 axle)wont get extended?
I don't know. Probably it will not be extended unless further notice were given.
Originally posted by Gus.chong:You forgot, the Volvo Olympian 2-axle and Volvo Olympian 3-axle Batch 1 will be de-registered in the next few weeks. Probably that the Wrights were also replacing the Volvo Olympians.
I have a feeling that the VO3xles batch 1 might get extended until more new double deckers are bought in the coming months, exclusive of the current order of the 450 buses... ![]()

I mean the Mark IIIs.
The Olympians don't look or feel 17 years old at all...they are arguably the best maintained buses...even compared with the SDs. Especially the VO3X batch 1!
I thought SBS7503X is out of lay up status???
And what was the Wright that got involved in the accident last weekend???
SBS7516J is still reflected in the list... ![]()
I beg to differ...
The Volvo B10M Striders and DM3500s are still the best maintained single deckers in the whole of SBST fleet. ![]()

You can still ride on it on some services like 160 and 170.

Yes. It is found commonly on many bus services.

Too bad that I didn't manage to ride it very often.

I love the B10M's stability.
Noticed a lot of Wrights on 17 today.
Where had their perm VO3xes gone??? ![]()

Yeah, noticed that too, 7617 was on 17 today. I suppose they are adding more wrights to prepare the service for WAB status, along with 30 and 99.
