amdep has this trend.. if they know they intake alot of buses they will be 'garang' enough to lay up buses early.. while slbp like forever not enough bus so tahan until last day then retire the bus..

I think they should transfer SBS 993K & SBS 996C (BNDEP 292) to AMDEP oso, get SBS 8667A out and serve instead of leaving it for only peak period. Can den also exchange or get another 2 KUBs in for 292 fleet...

Transfer all MK3s to AMDEP from BNDEP is the best! Since they are not using for now.

They should do some redeployments to redo the losses:

SBS531K: BRBP SP > BRBP 139 (to replace 1 missing bus)
SBS545X: SLBP SP > SLBP 240 (to replace 1 missing bus)
SBS5217K: BRBP SP > BRBP 26 (to replace 1 missing bus)

Same for SLBP. Transfer all the SP Volvo MK3s from HGDEP to SLBP.

But I think SBST had put most of the Volvo MK3s to SP in preparation for lay-up and dereg without any redeployments once the new Citaros roll in.
