TIB 362M - TIB 377X

Nissan Diesel U31RCN. Bodywork by Fuji Heavy Industries. Bus was launched in 1993.

Gearbox: ZF 4HP500

TIB 425R - TIB 561E, TIB 572Z - TIB 634D, TIB 798P - TIB 832Z

Mercedes-Benz O405 with Hispano body from Spain. Introduced in 1994 - 1995.

Engine: Mercedes-Benz OM447h
Gearbox : ZF 5HP500

TIB 562C - TIB 571B, TIB 635B - TIB 674M

Scania L113CRL with Alexander Strider bodywork from the UK. Launched 1995.

Engine: Scania DSC1171
Gearbox: ZF 5HP500

TIB 675K - TIB 724C

DAF SB220LT with Alexander Setanta bodywork. Introduced in 1996-1997. Commonly found in the west.

Engine: DAF LT160L
Gearbox: VOITH D381.4

TIB 725A - TIB 797S

Mercedes-Benz O405 converted air-con. It has Hispano body and introduced in 1996.

TIB 833X - TIB 837K, TIB 839E - TIB 848D

Scania L113CRL converted aircon. TIBS only no-step entrance bus. Introduced in 1996. It has Elbo bodywork from Greece.

TIB 838H, TIB 849B - TIB 904A

TIBS' first articulated bus was O405G TIB 838H. All have Hispano bodywork and were launched in 1996, 1998 respectively.

TIB 905Y

This was the first new Hino HS3KRKA bus for TIBS in about 10 years. It is a demonstrator and 11 more were ordered eventually. Bodywork by Volgren of Australia. Introduced in 1998.

TIB 906U - TIB 946D

Dennis Lance 245 with Duple Metsec bodywork bought from UMW-Dennis in Malaysia. Introduced 1998.

Hino HS3KRKA. Found at Bukit Batok/ Choa Chu Kang. Bodywork by Volgren. Introduced 1999-2000.

New generation of Mercedes-Benz O405 with Volgren bodywork. Introduced 2000.

Second generation of TIBS O405G with Hispano "Citaro-copycat" bodywork. Introduced 2000

Dennis Lance 211 ordered new from manufacturer whereas the Lance 245s were actually left-over stock. Body by Duple Metsec. Introduced 2000.

TIB 1017D, TIB 1018B

Dennis Lance 245 with Volgren bodywork. Chassis was purchased without body. Introduced in 2000.

Third-generation O405G. Bodywork is designed by Pininfarina and the bodywork is by Hispano. Introduced 2000-2002.

TIB 1024H, TIB 1178Y - TIB 1197S

This is an O405G with Volgren body. TIB 1024H was the demonstrator and it led to further orders of the bodykit. Introduced 2001.

TIB 1198P - TIB 1247G

Hispano Habit O405G, same as above, except it has a Voith gearbox instead of ZF. Introcuced 2001-2002.

The Volgren Bendys starts from TIB 1178 Y and not TIB 1177 A. TIB 1177 A is still a Habit Bus.

TIB 973 A - TIB 1001 Z are actually Mercedes Citaro. They are not "copycat" as you claimed.

Further note to the corrections.....every chassis with the ZF gearbox is a ZF 5HP 500, not a ZF 4HP 500, except for the UD chassis, the Hino HS, and the DAF SB220 (has a Voith gearbox).

The are nothing like a Citaro. If anything, the fronts on the O.405's and O.405G's with Volgren bodywork are closer to a Citaro than that of the Hispano bodies. They are essentially a bastardised form of the Citaro.

I got a document that shows the buses are ACTUALLY Mercedes Citaro.

The UD chassis is the chassis of the Nissan Diesel U31RCN.

TIB1019Z-TIB1023K are actually demo models for the various batches that came later. These buses use different aircon, EDS and gearbox vendors. TIB 1025E - TIB1060C, TIB1062Y uses a Voith gearbox.

TIB1061A, 1063U-1091M, 1092-1177A uses ZF gearbox (but 2 different models).

TIB 1024H, TIB 1178Y - TIB 1197S

This is an O405G with Volgren body. TIB 1024H was the demonstrator and it led to further orders of the bodykit. Introduced 2001.

TIB1178Y-1187X uses a ZF gearbox. TIB 1188T - 1197S uses a Voith gearbox.
