  Another observation : Currently.. some WLDEP buses have repainted black rims but Front rims only. Spotted TIB851T and TIB961J

  No... can confirm..zz i live at a place whr 912 passes by..It has gotten the mobitec before it has its seats changed.

  WHAT?! I rode 1166G when it got its seat changed, I am 100% sure it still had Transit Media EDS (Mobitec is the orange LED one)

  TIB1166G has it's seats change on 25Apr.so it has mobitec on about one month later which is 25May. About 1month ago.

  I boarded TIB1166G on 964 on 25 May when it still have Transit Media.
