*SBS8615A has 1 pair of new transparent cover orange LED tail-light like SBS8149D...
*SMB84T got refurbished exterior cum black rims...
*SMB98D with UD-type left rear rim...
not tat it's confidential info, the scheduling list is not like SBS's de... This bus is on 179, means it's on 179 the whole day.. Max is 1 or 2 x-over...
From what I know, is lots of cross over here and there...
Say the K270IB... 1 is a split, 1 is morning run on Pioneer, afternoon on NTU Sv B, evening factory shuttle...
I noticed there's a Msian Lance running around with its original front desto holder...so nostalgic. Like when the Lances were first introduced with their blue desto. Should be PA plate. No EDS.

KUB on 179 is common haha ..
few observations...
few days back saw this strider, rego is SBS19xx de then the driver there got Blaupunkt radio set sia... so far only saw that particular strider got...
today boarded SBS5079S (AM 21) then saw dashboard info displaying something like "over-consumption of air" first then jumping to "engine malfunction"... wtf?
SBS2606R (BR 63) engine making weird sound
private bus timesheet more interesting than both SBST and SMRT timesheets combined. alot of crosses here and there. workers transport 7am, student transport 8am, rush fetch another worker trnsport 8.45am. finish 10am. etc etc etc.Originally posted by sbst275:not tat it's confidential info, the scheduling list is not like SBS's de... While inside NTU, loads of ppl waiting for bus...
Ppl may say again, NTU not profitable. Then empty 1 min freq 241 running around is profitable
.. Somemore use B9TL, opportunity cost if it's deployed for better use on real places where pax can't be cleared (I dun mean 179).
Wait, 199 can be properly dispatched at 6 mins during PM peak.
Kns.. 12 mins from Jurong West St 91 to BNL, 45 mins from NTU to BNL.
empty 179 bunched together arrived at BNL between 6.00pm to 6.20pm. BC told me full load 179 from Pioneer to NTU between 6.15pm - 6.30pm.
241 buses fully packed to the door with upper deck fully seated after Pioneer between 6.45pm - 7.15pm. freq stretched to more than 5 mins.. [(Two 179 bunched together with 179A continue to be deployed to NTU)] Similar thing happened between 7.45pm to 8.15pm. More KUB deployed on 241 today..
anyone spotted 8485H having the LED rear light at the top?
yesterday there was 1 KUB doing 179A, 2 Striders - both doing 179.
i took 179A to BNL Int. stuck for 4mins waiting to turn into int. the bottleneck wasnt the alighting berth but further down at the boarding berths...... or maybe parking. ![]()

Originally posted by Gus.chong:Which services will be expected to be plying there soon?
possibly new service. Toa Payoh Rise looks to be converted into two-way for its entire stretch
*SBS7500D has a covered up rear rego slot, just below the rear window, which follows the Hong Kong specs... Able to see the welded up rego slot under reflection :)
*SBS7606H has front suspension problems, front part of the bus raised up super high...
*SMB84T is the ONLY OC with small SMRT logo infront...
*TIB587G spotted OFF SVC with pax at Tampines Ave 10, but not doing IKEA Shuttle... Bus spotted doing 912 after that...

divert 231 to toa payoh rise loh... maybe withdraw 231W... 231G go from lor 6/4/1 to toa payoh rise and then turn back to lor 1/4/6 to interchange. sv59 divert to stop at toa payoh interchange to help on the sector of lor 1 up to toa payoh rise....
SBS5081J spotted at one of the ulu car park near Marina Barrage on saturday at around 7.30pm... EDS show off service... there was a SBST staff with white uniform around, guarding the bus to reverse and to turn out of the car park.. it was PUB family day at marina barrage and most likely they want the bus to do supplement trip on Sv400 to help to relieve the crowd? but most likely the BC make a wrong turn into that ulu car park...took quite a while for the bus to reverse and turn out..
