And YCK Ter should get a large-scale renovation with a mall. AMK Hub is too far for some of the people around the Seletar/CTE area, same goes for the stretch of YCK road in between the NSL and Upper Thomson Rd - nearest malls are Thomson Plaza, AMK Hub or even Sembawang Shopping Centre. For the people around the Seletar/CTE area, nearest large-enough mall is over at Sengkang or NEX.
Compared to the other areas along the NSL it needs a facelift. -

They might have also been hinging on the construction of Greenwich V at the junction of YCK and Seletar handling some of the demand, but it was too small to begin with in the first place.

You really think MRT station needs to be 100% integrated into hub? AMK Hub is only physically connected to AMK MRT by the underground passage. Go and take a look at the traffic near YCK district, you still want to add in to the jam? Never even see then go anyhow say indicating can do this and that....

Redundant? Got such a damn big area that doesn't even have a neighbourhood mall. Upper Thomson-YCK-Lentor area only got 138, 163 and 855 through that area. Still say service redundant? Also want kpkb about redundancy when lunchtime load is for lunch and the nearest area for food is all the way in AMK Hub?
And how YCK extend? You think YCK in Thomson line ah. Already confirm plus chop not going to have TSL. Even if got line after TSL you see other stations along NSL, expand for? Always kpkb, never think of which stations even need MRT interchange.Can't you even see the massive fucking area demarcated as "YCK Bus Int" in the picture. Singapore got bad myopia already but you're fully blind?
Pathway to the terminal from 45/265/268 is already damn obvious. Colour blind also can see the green area. I put the green there because you can build over the pathway and keep it clear for people to walk through for 45/265/268.
If got problem with traffic, another entrance for alighting bay at Ave 9.
