My route for sv 120
Jurong East Interchange, looping at Tehlok Blangah Heights, also connecting West Coast Drive and Pandan Crescent that do not have any bus service as of today to Jurong East MRT.

there are already downroute starting from SK to WDL in the AM Peak.. although 2 trips only...

need another service that duplicate Sv176? how u determine that this route will be super hit? u did the survey there? so there are how many paxes along West Coast highway? must use DD right?
This will be enough, plus JE-TBH is out of original route.

How can 120 that goes to Henderson, Tehlok Blangah Heights use DD... please explain...
Seeing the super high loading on 176 and no direct MRT connectivity to Jurong or Clementi for Pandan Crescent industrial estate, definitely justifies another service.
Saw loading on 120? Good? U tell me.

Do you mean that 164 is possible to serve West Coast Highway? (Sorry if i'm rude to ask)

West Coast Highway definitely has potential for one more service. But not the 164 route you have described because it is almost a copy of 176. No need for it to go to Bukit Batok - should terminate at Jurong East Interchange. Also, if you see the route I have put above, I am diverting it via Pandan Crescent and West Coast Drive, as these busy areas do not have a bus service today, and people have to walk a long distance to take bus.

Maybe around 20 at Tehlok Blangah side, but yes just about 10 for the rest 80% of the route. There will be some experts here who will give lecture on how BSEP is not meant for loading and it is gahment money.
Nevertheless you are using precious resources - buses, fuel - give it to use to areas where there are lesser services plying rather than Alexandra Rd, Bukit Merah that do not really need one more.

So, we can have a service which plys WCH and Clementi Road. Maybe this would be Kent Ridge to Jurong East, just like old 183. The number is 140. You and the others decide the other parts of the route. Just use 140, the roads I mentioned and the destinations.
OK, if I am making the route, here it is:
Service 140
Kent Ridge Int
Clementi Road (harbour junction)
West Coast Highway
West Coast Road
Pandan Gardens
Jurong Town Hall Road
Jurong East Street 11
Boon Lay Way
Jurong East Central
Jurong East Street 13
Jurong East Int
NOTE: You are allowed to extend the route to Boon Lay Int or another interchange, but please use own route details if extending. This is the original route, as I have thought of.

Instead of an altogether new service, just have 120 do Tehlok Blangah to Jurong East even if it is not the original route.
Also Kent Ridge is a Terminal :) not that it matters too much.

from Jurong Town Hall Road extend to Soon Lee Bus depot â— Gateway Link â— Jurong Gateway Road â— Jurong East Central â— Boon Lay Way â— Yuan Ching Road â— Yung Kuang Road â— International Road â— Pioneer Road â— Soon Lee Drive
120 should do Kent Ridge Terminal loop at Telok Blangah.Chinatown to Telok Blangah hardly full seated.
825 should start from Amdep via YCK MRT loop at Lentor. From Amdep follow 70 towards YCK turn right..At least BCs from Yishun Int can take 851/852/853 alight b4 MRT take 825 to Amdep rather than take 854/857 then cross and walk.

Good Suggestion! But I think it should fully ply Boon Lay Way instead of Jurong East Central as it is not valid for the other direction. Thanks!
Both Sv 100 & Sv 145 are high loading routes but you cannot use high capacity buses. 100 - Upper Aljunied (trees) and 145 - Henderson Road (trees).
How about swapping routes of sv 100 and sv 145 at Harbourfront towards Buona Vista / Ghim Moh. Have 100 do Henderson Road to Buona Vista, while 145 do Alexandra Road to Ghim Moh.
The way these routes serve there are many parallel options and will not trouble the people as well and can only benefit with enhanced capacity.

cbb bro, not just fully seated - it does not have more than 10-15 pax in peak hours on Jalan Bukit Merah, Tiong Bahru road areas.
Also I have keenly observed at Tehlok Blangah Heights/Dr, 124 is getting more traction (loading) and people are preferring taking 124 to Harbourfront than 120 to Tehlok Blangah (though here the morning peak load can be 20-25 pax).

Not needed. You already have many services 27, 53, 72, 81, 88, 89, 109 connecting HG / SGK area to PSR / Tampines. It would be good to see a bus service from this area to CCK / BBT with an express route.

Again, beware of svc 62. I see it duplicating much of svc 62.
