Reason being I've observed quite a number of ITE students cramming into buses back to Punggol after changing buses in Tampines. And vice versa. And some industrial workers will tend to cram onto 31 and take 34 back to Punggol (and vice versa) at this period of time too.
Planned this service 46 in mind of the growing population of Sengkang and the increasing number of people going to/working in Changi Industrial area. And also in mind of the upcoming SUTD. This is my first route, so please leave some comments! Thanks!

Very good svc as it serves the students at Anglican High. There are actually abandoned bus stops there at Upp Changi Road. They can be reused and the bus can loop around the end of the road and then head down via Kechil Road.
Only problem is the Tampines int part. As said before Tampines is alr severely crowded. I do suggest it to pass by the junction for Ave 4/5 and then follow svc 15's route to Pasir Ris. Better connectivity for PSR residents too.

I like your route especially that it takes you from TPE directly to Upper Changi Road East and connects Tanah Merah to the neglected part of Bedok South road where there is no connection today.
I would suggest two changes though. I don't like that the route winds so much within Sengkang before moving out. Let the service originate at Sengkang and move via Compassalve onto Punggol road directly. Those on Sengkang West can take LRT / feeder and change to this service at Sengkang. The reason I am saying this is because if the bus goes directly out to TPE from Sengkang, people from Hougang, Kovan, Serangoon, Punggol can take the train here and transfer to the bus for direct connection to the east suburbs.
Also I would suggest that the bus goes to Changi Business Park rather than Upper Changi Road as this will provide direct connectivity to CBP for NE residents as well as a new connection between Tanah Merah MRT and CBP.
Just my thoughts on your route, but I like the overall route.

Just my thoughts on your route, but I like the overall route.
Hmmm... reason why I omitted CBP is because there are already shuttles between CBP and Sengkang operated by private operators at an affordable price to cater to the workers there. So since there is a minority of crowds then I made the route pass by the industrial area near BNDEP and ITE college East, which for what I know both doesn't provide shuttle buses.
And reason why I wanted the service to loop around Anchorvale is due to the developments there. In fact, there are already bus stops built at Farmway and Cheng Lim LRT stations, and perhaps Kupang too, but that would be too far. It also provides a faster link than 372 for Nan Chiau High students to Sengkang MRT. It also allows them to get to the main stop, Blk 190C without having to walk to take 161. Still, I think your idea may benefit more and perhaps another service can be diverted to serve this purpose? Anyways, thanks for the feedbacks! :)

Route diverted via Tampines Ave 7 without going to st 41, Ave 9.
Reasons:
* Sv 29 - Provides direct link to MRT for Upper Changi Road North and Old Tampines Road to Tampines without going through the entire loop of Ave 9, st 41. Many people alight at Ave 7 and crossover to sv 19, 81 so that they dont have to waste another 15 minutes.
** Sv 81 will cover the missing link of sv 29 with increased capacity as DDs are used on sv 81. Also it will provide connectivity for Tampines St 41, Ave 9 residents to Pasir Ris and Serangoon. This will also not affect people on Ave 7 as the missing link is covered by sv 19, 29. Also, for Pasir Ris Dr 1 residents there is direct connection from Tampines with sv 21.

Not gonna be a very popular route as the route did not reach any unique and exclusive areas. The MRT and/or other svcs have it covered alr. I do suggest it to terminate somewhere else rather than Bishan though.
But I still feel it's redundant. Furthermore, Bishan Int already cannot park any more buses.

True. After 50 came in, Bishan is packed, luckily 51 doesnt start there
No, before 50 even came in, most of the time already CMI. Now it is occupying Sv59's slot if you go there frequently.

Advantage of proposed sv 116
*Introduces new bus stops along HG Ave 4, HG St 61, HG St 91 and Serangoon Ave 3 to provide additional convenience to people living in these areas, where today there is NO service plying. This provides direct connection to MRT as well as a good Hougang intra-town service connecting important areas within Upper Serangoon Road, Hougang Polyclinic and Hougang 1. This is what BSEP is meant for according to me to cater to new roads rather than duplicating. Today's 116 is a mere duplication of sv 72 from Hougang Ave 9 which is no good.
** The current routing of 116 is opposite NEX that hardly gets people to move to the stop opposite when they get 315 and a number of YCK road services right outside NEX. Rather than routing 116 via NEX stop that is already congested, I propose it loops at the interchange via Serangoon Ave 3 that will provide these people connection to MRT and YCK road. People living here just walk the 1 km distance to MRT as they need to go to Boundary Road to get bus. If a bus plies below their HDB, they will take it to MRT #revenue increase #more convenience.

For svc 4, I suggest it to not enter the int at all. Just go straight after Tampines Library stop and follow svc 15 route. Or let it stop outside Tampines int and then find a way to go to PSR directly.
As for svc 20, that idea has alr came true long ago. Since some time ago bus bays along the closed roads has been reserved. There are some bus stop signs near CCP too. Highly likely that svc 20 will ply there to serve the MRT/Expo/CCP pax, and will help relieve the overwhelming crush loading on the MRT trains now (people were literally pushing their way into the trains).
