904 Extention to Sembawang
What I feel about 904, and infact the whole Woodlands transport system, is that there's lack of buses connecting the north and south together, no svc "cutting across" the MRT track(like 912).
Further more, 904 shouldn't be plying Ave 7 side since there's 964/913, what's the purpose of it if you already have 2 competitors serving, in this situation, the ADM Sec students, and yet your journey time to there compared to 964/913 is slightly longer?
There's also lack of svc linking the West of Woodlands and the East together. I mean, who would want to transfer at Woodlands Interchange, or perhaps waiting for a 913(example) to cross to East?
If this 904 route succeed, probably 902 can cease or convert to full day svc, linking to RP too but different route as 904. I'll do a suggestion for 902 also, and thanks SBS8710H user for the drawn out map.

In general, a tiny portion of 913 route[West] is link to the East side.
912[West] commuters could transfer at Ave2xAve5 cross junction area to get connected to East region.
911[West] commuters can walk out to Marsiling to get connected to East region.
902 should not be only an AM service. It should also have afternoon services from Republic Poly back to WRI. All these students rely on 169 causing additional load on this service.

I completely agree with you on the 904 bit. I said this even when the route was launched. Why ply it along Ave 7? They should have rather plied it along 962 route to WRI that would help relieve the load on this service to Woodlands and Admiralty.
There are so many services at WDL Ave 7 that another service on the same road was not needed.

Perhaps 902A/902B should also run on the PM trip.

Yup, 962 loading damn high, don't even think a DD is even enough to replace the current bendy. Despite being on time still, the load can be heavy[especially Blk618 area].
But I also certainly wish to see some svc linking the East/West and North/South of Woodlands together, could help to reduce the number of people inside interchange(and probably jams).

The bendies cross over from 911/913, right? For the KJDEP side, you should not make SMB134H crossover from 173, as Bukit Batok is far from Choa Chu Kang Int. Anyway, you can use other WLDEP/KJDEP spare (rigid) buses instead, so the BCs do not need to make a crossover from 173/911/913 and 985. But, good route overall. Thanks for reviving this thread!

Actually not say a crossover, just using some random buses[but capacity of it remains, meaning that there would be 3 Bendy/2 SD] :)

For your svc 27 amendment may I suggest the amended route to be a new svc, from Hougang parallel to svc 27 to Eunos, or otherwise. One of 27's heavy loads comes from the airport actually.
