Route is extremely redundant. You have 112 to HG Ave 7 from HG Int. You have 87/151 to HG Ave 5. HG Ave 8 def does not need one more service - has good links to MRT and most places. HG St 92 has 112 again and on walking distance has 72/116. 116 can be diverted via HG St 91, HG Ave 4, HG St 61, HG Ave 8, HG Ave 4 to HG Int if you want new stops along St 91, St 61.
This would be my suggestion and better utilization of 116.

Just use the typical route that bus services use to get to Yishun Ave 5 from Yishun Bus Interchange...why is there a need to make a big loop around Yishun Ctrl? It is just a walk that's needed to get to Yishun MRT.

It is quite a walk for some people. Hence, I am proposing 2 stops along Compassalve Crescent so that those along the Compassalve St can also have easy access to stop along Compassalve Crescent. Don't need more buses. 8 is good enough. If need occurs, can add 1 bus.
I do not agree with sbs 83 going into compassvale crescent at this moment. Buses normally cover most of the main roads on their way to mrt stations and bus interchanges. Doing so will increase travelling time for most passengers from sengkang to various places inside punggol. Furthermore, the residents inside compassvale crescent are within 250 metres of the bus stop at compassvale street. This is still deemed reasonable as the aim of public transport by bus is to connect every resident within a radius of 400 metres.

I don't see the point of this service. Also WRI cannot take more services until another terminal is built. The service Woodlands needs is for Woodlands Ind Park looping at Senekp. On the west side, a service near Westgrove, ave 12, st 31/32 possible. Should be intra town running only for peak hours.
