Observed that Pasir Ris - Tampines route is waste. So many other services. 39 seldom has good loading here. Rather benefit upper east coast, upper changi residents.

Would it actually make sense to extend 44R to Changi Airport? I actually realised this route duplicates 10 for most of the distance, so it does need editing...
914/914E
Woodlands Ave 3
Woodlands St 32
Woodgrove Drive
Woodgrove Ave
Woodlands Ave 1
Woodlands Centre Road (loop)
Back to interchange the same way
Then the bus will follow 904 route. Bus to be renumbered 914

Does airport even have any space for new buses if i may ask, if not then divert it to BNDEP or Pasir Ris

No please. No point extending it to Changi airport. Also, I didnt think it duplicated sv 10 a lot because sv 10 does not do Bedok South Road, Marine Parade Road, Haig Road etc. Of course towards Shenton Way it is similar.
If you go to see Marine Parade / East Coast do not need a new service to city. It is already very well connected to CBD. UEC Road and Bedok South Road (where 229 plies) does need better connection to Bedok and Tanah Merah MRT and this can be achieved by adjusting the routes of sv 229 and extending one of the services to UEC Terminal via Tanah Merah, Bedok South Road or extending a sv like 43 via Bedok South Road, Tanah Merah to Bedok North Depot. These would be my suggestions.
I also strongly advocate sv 48 to go to Changi Airport via Siglap Road, while sv 36 goes to Bedok North Depot via Bedok South Ave 3.
At the same time introduce 46E that will go from Changi Airport to Orchard road via ECP (looping at Tomlinson like sv 36) at a 15 minute frequency.
If you notice, people defer from taking 36 all the way to Orchard from Changi airport because of its looping around Marine Parade. Most of people who board sv 36 alight at Marine Parade Road. This missed section is also covered by sv 48 if routed to Changi Airport.
At the same time with 46E you can have faster service from Changi airport to city.
Also the big advantage is 36 can get DDs and can get rid of 36A/36B because the DDs will beautifully manage the Marine Parade - Orchard loading. It will also manage the Tanah Merah - Bedok south Ave 3 - UEC Road loading, where people struggle to enter 48 during PM peak at Tanah Merah. Food for thought for LTA/SBST.

I like. I had proposed a similar route before just that it could be extended to Woodlands Industrial Park on both Kranji and Admiralty side. And renumber as 914.
DELETED
U do realize that Woodlands St 11 to Woodlands St 31, u need to make a U turn at the junction of St 32/Ave 3/St 12 and St 11 and St 31 are not a 4 way junction fyi with traffic light that bus can enter easily from Ave 3.

OK, how about a express sector using ECP/MCE?

DEPOT: If SBST: SLBP OR BBDEP; If SMRT: WLDEP
Jurong East Int - Jurong Point Area (Loop)
Bus Service Fleet:
Any Single Deck bus.
Route:
Jurong East Int
Jurong East Central (Follow 334 route for a bit)
Boon Lay Way (Stops following 334 route)
When nearing BNL,
(Follow other SBST bus services route eg: 157, and make a turn left at the junction, not to BNL, pick up pax at all bus stops, then turn left to Boon Lay Way again, and head back to JE.)
*Stops at all bus stops
*Average frequency: 8-15min(A/PM peak), 13-19min(Off Peak) Subject to Traffic Condition.
Point: To allow pax from JE to BNL and go straight all the way at Boon Lay Way(since there's no bus svc which do so at the junction to Jrg Town Hall rd and BNL way). Helps to take some crowds away from 334, even if 49 is launch.
