  I saw this too. TIB877U was cameoing on 964 on 4 and 6 May 2011. I only board TIB877U on 964 on 6 May.

  6/6/2011 (Info from ARM [Assistant Route Manager]

  The computers at Sims Place Ter and Serangoon Int broke down at 1930+ to 2030+.

  Effect: BCs did not have to report, just had to leave when their time was up.

  And:

  Serangoon Int, at 2011 hrs:

  A lady complained that she had waited for 30 mins but not a single sv 105 bus departed the Int, while 3 sv 105 buses (2 KUBs and 2763U)had already arrived at the Int.8653P(should be)set off immediately, and another sv 105 KUB departed at the same time. The ARM made a sv 103 BC rush to the bus behind and stop it, and ask the bus to park back again.

  Cause: Traffic Jam

  SBS769S (HG 103)had an accident at Yio Chu Kang Road. Anybody spotted it? What was the time and the damage on the bus?

  > Seen with SBST Truck.
  > Time of Witness: 2335 Hours.

  • At 1431hrs, SMB20C (WLDEP 858) was spotted at the road shoulder along TPE (SLE) just before the 11km mark..
  • Rear engine cover was opened.
    
  • EDS was switched off at time of spotting & breakdown triangle was placed at rear of bus.
  • SMRT maintenance lorry was at scene.

  That's not very nice to hear... :( Anyway did a 858 OC broke down b4 while on Svc 858 in the expressway?

  Anyway I sat on a Habit bendy TIB1210L and it broke down near the Eng Neo exit in PIE on 12 November 2008...

  I also saw it from svc 969..I saw the mechanic inspecting the rear tyre at that time.
