SBS1964M (BNDEP 9) on svc 9 twds BDI was spotted with its left panel of the entrance door being dislodged. Front desto was flipped & only alighting was allowed.
Time of spotting: 1826hrs

Broke down along Bishan Rd after BSH St 22 towards YCK Term.
BC Seen taking out rear desto and waiting for tow.
Witnessed 7pm.17th September 2011
Unknown Strider w mechanics in bus, escorted by tow truck.
Spotted along CTE (AMK Ave 1 exit) towards AMDEP direction.
Witnessed 430pm. -

TIB 578H (AMDEP 854)
Broke down just before Gracehaven Sal Army BS along YCK Rd towards Bedok
Pax seen getting off one by one. Seen 610pm. Should have transferred to back bus (984T) which was less than 2minutes away. (Or probably didnt even have time to run to the bus stop to catch it)

Bus involved: TIB584P (WL 966)
Cause of breakdown: Either right rear tire puncture or wheel drop. Rims on bus but outer tire about 3m away from bus. Entire bus leaning to rear right as metal rim resting on road. Some people, cant see who, on bus.
Location: TPE, near Punggol
Time of spotting: about 1745 hrs.

Hello all,
Witnessed a 55 VO3x (if i remember correctly) breaking down at the junction of Bishan Rd and Bishan St 21 (Raffles Institution junction). Another 55 stopped in front of the VO3x to carry passengers if I'm not wrong. It was this afternoon, at around 3:20pm.
Anyone also witnessed the incident and could shed a light onto the rego of the VO3x involved?

Should be Sv 43's 8236K if i never see wrong. Seen 7am.

Cause of breakdown: Suspect engine failure. Engine cover open, doors open, no pax on bus, SL loitering outside bus. EDS displaying sv 67 route details.

Broke down along Jln Toa Payoh , in front of Trellis Towers bus stop at 1408 hours . At that time of witness , engine compartment was closed , EDS displayed OFF SERVICE . A cone was placed at the back of the bus and a lorry was parked in front of the bus .

TIB1028Y (KJDEP 190/67) broke down along Eu Tong Sen St, slightly just after Pearl's Ctr bus stop. EDS displayed Off Svc & SMRT maintenance lorry was at scene.

A tree fell in front of SBS 9658U [HG 107] while the bus was turning out of Shenton Way Ter at around 10am. The impact created a big hole on the left of the windscreen.

Broke down along Lor Chuan , Cardiff Court bus stop at 1140 hours . At that time of witness , engine compartment was opened , EDS displayed Svc 853 route details towards GL1 Ter . 2 lorries were parked at the back of the bus while mechanics were fixing the problem
