If i was late, i would take a MRT train! However, there is no train connecting from the north to north-east...Originally posted by Airbus330Captain:After the launch of North-East line , will you still take MRT or stick to bus ?
But you can take 965 right? I think it will be hell lot faster than an MRT, and the possibility of an MRT Line connecting NEL to NSL is very slim now.Originally posted by Smiley Volgren:If i was late, i would take a MRT train! The Circle line will connect the Bishan (NSL) & Serangoon (NEL) stations in around 2008.Originally posted by Superbus:But you can take 965 right? I think it will be hell lot faster than an MRT, and the possibility of an MRT Line connecting NEL to NSL is very slim now.
Cheers and warm regards
I suspect more bus services will be withdraw by then .Originally posted by tranquilice:The Circle line will connect the Bishan (NSL) & Serangoon (NEL) stations in around 2008.
I agree with you. It depends on the time intervals of Svc 965 and the routes connecting to the north must be improved as well....Originally posted by tranquilice:The Circle line will connect the Bishan (NSL) & Serangoon (NEL) stations in around 2008.
I think Svc 156 may be amended but not withdrawn. I predicts that those services which will be directly affected by the circle line are 24, 28, 70, 93, 165, 855 etc.Originally posted by Smiley Volgren:I agree with you. Yup Circle Line has began now. As for Serangoon connecting to Bishan, i wonder what will happen to Svc 156 if the train station is opened in a few years time? Perhaps Svc 156 might be withdrawn?![]()
