  Nobody takes 169 to the MRT anyway, they would have boarded the free Sembawang Shopping Centre shuttle to the MRT which would probably arrive before 169 comes. In the other direction, then they will have to take 169.

  The bus fare has increased since 8 Oct but no poster of the announcement is available. Instead, you can found it printed on brochures in some SBS Transit buses. I got mine when I was on SBS2838M.

  It is temporary indeed. I believe it will be withdrawn when Ten Mile Junction LRT Station re-opens by end 2011.
