  that bus stop is always crowded during PM peak where ppl take 98 to taman jrg to go home

  yes. both of them more or less duplicate but at least 98A starts from lakeside MRT (empty bus)

  by the time 98M arrive at that bus-stop, no space for commuters to take 98M due to loading from jurong west/east ave 1 (though not relatively heavy)
