Sorry if I make any mistake, but your point and his point were totally different. Unless you mean the workers have to transfer to 25, 73 or 261 after alighting from 268. -

268 there's e bus stop right outside MRT Stn.
You really own yourself, those from Bedok (25), S'goon Nth (73), Ave 10 (261) can crossover whenever they meet 268 along Ave 3.
Even those who took 130, 133, 136 can still transfer at Blk 700.
Only ppl affected all these while are those tat took 22, 135, 159.

what for? there is sv269 already.might as well extend sv76/132/74/165/88/CT8 into amk int??
And extend sv57/59/506 into TPY interchange?

If we keep extending our routes, it'll take a longer time for commuters to get around. Buses will also take longer to come. And it can be more expensive under DBTF.

may b 265 shld change route, start from AMK int , amk ave8/st53/52/54/ave10/3 and continue to loop at AMDEP & vice-versa.. (follow the 222 method)
but seriously the word "TOWNLINK" shld b remove for no plate cos no pt unless it follow tampines/pasir ris format... serve 2 sides which need to go beyond/up to bus interchange

I'm not sure as to why the extension of last buses, But is it nesssacary to extend both 97 and 133's timing? And considering 133's last car from Shenton way starting at 2400, Isn't that too late, considering people are at home preparing for work tommorow?
Can someone who is versed in the SBST operation elaborate, Thanks.

That's SBS Transit's decision. I think they had discussed further to see whether there's a need for the extension of last bus hours. If you really want to stop them, I think you should stop and tell them to withdraw the press releases and ask why are they doing this. -

If the route plies two ways between/from the interchange, it is still a Townlink service no matter what, it doesn't require the service to terminate. -

Seriously most bus routes from CBD ought to have last bus at least after 2400.Most of SMRTB svs dispatch last bus at 2330 which I believe has room for improvement. It's obvious if it's school holidays.

is it because of Marina Bay Sands ?ppl go home late from there. well, i am just guessing
