abit blur but
this should give a clue on the EDS model. Seems to be LAWO imo.
The side EDS showed this message with a blank for the left number and the whole message was cut off on the right, showing
Merry X'm
Happy New

Saw SMB139U doing Training yesterday at WRI, trying 187/858/960 parking lots, plus the driver is a 913 driver, so high chance there will be Citaro on 913E/960 slot in future.
Saw an unknown Citaro on Pasir Ris Industrial Drive 1 at 7.16am with EDS showing 531 Shenton Way, Simei.

Outswing doors, disappointed.
Cheers.

But at least the doors have standards like the Habit bendies, unlike KUBs.

The "standard" is quite useless if its poorly maintained.
That said, ok, the KUB isn't the best of the best, but it certainly gets its job done.
Now that I take KUBs every other day, I've come to appreciate it better. Its low rpm gear settings, I've come to appreciate when the BC wants to drive slow, its generous legroom and its "dull" interior actually makes it quite appealing for people who just want to sleep on the bus in comfort.
And quite surprisingly, the KUB actually packs more power than meets the eye: A KUB that's floored is significantly faster in pick-up than the MKIVs which I already consider to be not bad alr.
About the only thing I still dislike is its tendency to release brakes suddenly before moving off. I can live with just about anything else.
I wonder e maintenance of Citaro in time to come
The OCs...

The only thing i dont like about KUB is some of them, have the infamous heat wave that spreads rapidly throughout the rear of the bus especially on a hot day. One can feel as if its an oven. Other than that, its quite a good bus actually.

i concur! they should just put a pail of rocks when moving out from a bus stop.
2nd last bus service 27 is always shiok if you get a driver.

Oh yes.
And that.
But then I grew up taking 0405s so.....that wasn't such a big deal.
