Why SBST's Citaros are more expensive? More safety features? Do they all have ESP or TCS? I know ABS is standard.

Probably because of the rims, SBST used ALCOA rims for their Citaros while SMRT used the original one.

Actually, there should be much more to it. Probably have to wait till the vehicles are on public revenue service first then its possible to identify, because the difference is in the range of 35k which is nearly 10% of the vehicle's cost.
