  Since the bendies are not so favorable, SMRT must seriously consider getting DDs. And SMRT must get them soon. PTC/LTA must help SMRT in securing suitable bus lots for her new DDs. Couldn't both SMRT and SBSTransit co-locate their buses in a single premises? Doing that will benefit both commuters and bus companies in long run.

  I think their objective for expanding is to park more 12m buses for faster loading for more bus services at the same time.

  Normal bus stops  2 buses

  Extended bus stops  4 buses

  Not for parking 1 more bendy.

  nice paper buses! Concept art for buses that may never happen in Singapore =) how about doing an Enviro500 or Wright in SMRT livery?
