Are TIB562C TIB564Y TIB565U replaced by TIB368Y TIB370P TIB372J after TIBS 160 was renumbered TIBS 980?
I want to point out something about the history of Dec 1990 bus rationalisation.
Someone might be confused about 13's history, when it become a Eunos - Yio Chu Kang service from a Bedok - Ghim Moh service. However, I shall make it clear.
13 was first shortened to Eunos (not sure when is it), making it Eunos - Ghim Moh service. In Dec 1990, it was then shortened to Yio Chu Kang from Ghim Moh. On the same day it was made FAC.
On the same day, 20, which also plied between Bedok and Ghim Moh, was withdrawn. With the withdrawal of service 20, service 100 and 111 were amended to Ghim Moh from WTC and Buona Vista respectively.
With the amendment of service 111, service 191, which plied between Ghim Moh and Portsdown Rd, was amended to Buona Vista Terminal.

Svc 13 -> BG 86 : Bedok - Ghim Moh, BG 88 : Eunos - Ghim Moh, BG 89/90 : Eunos - YCK.
I remember taking svc 20, in my opinion the route was a bit weird (fidelio st..etc)...
20's Siglap leg was replaced by M2/ 42.
20's Western leg was replaced by Sv 100.
Sv 13's case shouldn't be said of shortened, it's rather network rationalisation. I remembered part of the rationalisation objective was to increase bus sv coverage at corridors w/o MRT.

On the same day route 13 was amended to YCK, 7 was amended to ply Victoria St and skip Nicoll Hwy.

So I presume service 13 was amended to Eunos on the day 50 was amended to the new Eunos interchange as well?

These 3 Scanias were initially perm 160 replacing DAFs (TIB692K TIB693H TIB700X) when WLDEP opened in Oct 1998. 160 used to be partial KJDEP before WLDEP came in.
However for some reasons the 3 Scanias were replaced by these Nissan UDs just before 160 was renumbered to 980 in Dec 1998.
All were removed when 980 came under full AMDEP in Jul 1999 (Tibs/SBS swop 1st phase).

811 - from 25 Oct 1998 to 28 Aug 1999
812 - from 25 Oct 1998 to 25 Dec 1999

Note that the bold buses only come in 2000, I'm not sure which buses were replaced by them.
Add on TIB999B TIB1000B TIB1038T TIB1045Y TIB1111P TIB1112L TIB1113J TIB1114G.
If I am not wrong, 851 also had some perm NAC Nissan U31SCN too, followed by ELBO Scanias

Correct. These buses were initially with AMDEP 851 in the beginning days. After which they followed 851 over to WLDEP in Oct 1998.
In Jul 1999 most of the box bendies from 851 went over to become 960 perm.

So that means the three WLDEP Striders perms were indeed replaced by the U31RCNs when 160 was re-numbered to 980.

Can say so. In fact these 3 UDs already started doing 160 just 1-2 weeks before it got renumbered to 980.
Good riddance to the 3 UDs when 980 came under full AMDEP and started getting Lances in Jul 1999.

SS1 was already withdrawn in 1988, otherwise why would he has stated that it's in the 1990s?

Its because when the MRT stations that were opened, the services were then withdrawn. SS services are mainly temporary services that serve the neighbourhood areas where the nearest MRT stations were still under construction & was scheduled to be withdrawn when the MRT stations were officially opened for commission.
A reminisce of the past...
TIB426M used to be under AMDEP 854 when it was new in Aug 1994. It started off as a trial service while the other UDs were under AMDEP 854 back then. Today, TIB426M had returned back to its glorious past serving 854. That reminds the significance & the beginning of the O405 during that year.

I apologise in the first place, but do you even read my quote properly? I was referring to whether the OF1417s was loaned to SS1 or SS7, since the one who replies is saying 1990s, by then SS1 is no longer existent.

Remembered SBS Mercedes OF1417s did SS7 before.

Yes. I remembered taking such NAC buses on SS7.
