4) When did 964 started to have bendies? What fleet of buses does it use before bendies?
Qn 1 has been answered.
2) 382 is the same as 385 so I dont have to repeat again.
3) Service 72 was under AMDEP, even during the Serangoon-Tg Rhu era.
If you are referring to Serangoon-Tg Rhu era, it uses the MB O405 & MB OF1413/1417s (The MB O405s came in later to replace the MB OF1413/OF1417)
If you are referring to the peak hour service from YCK-AMK Ave 5, it uses the MB O405 & Mk3s. (FAC)
If you are referring to the current routing (YCK - Tampines), then its the MB O405 & Mk3s. [Mk4s DO appear on 72 even during the SBS era]
4) Service 964 gets bendies in 2002. Previously it uses only 1 MB O405.
Side note of 402:
If you are referring to the temporary service of 1986 (Marine Parade to East Coast Pk) Albion Vikings & OF 1413s are used.

402 had variants
402 - Bedok to SAFRA Country Club uses MB O405 (DM)
402 - Bedok to S'pore Expo uses Mk3s.
402 - Marina South Pier to Shenton Way uses MB O405.
403 - Uses Nissan Civilian buses before switching over to B57s, CRBs, Mk2, Mk3, Mk4, KUB
404 - Uses Albion Viking, MB OF1413, LP1113
405 had variants
405 - Jurong Int to Jurong Bird Park uses the MB OF1413, LP1113, OF1113.
405 - Boon Lay to Choa Chu Kang Rd uses the MB O405s all along before Mk4s/KUBs. Air Con Service.
406 - Uses Albion Viking, MB OF1413, LP1113
450 - Uses Albion Viking, MB OF1413, LP1113
It is noticed that Service 450 was handed over to Scheme B operators and PH/PZ buses began to appear on Service 450. This service is still around although AM shuttle buses are available from Boon Lay MRT station.
Service 450 terminates outside the New Pasir Laba Camp Entrance.
Nostalgic...
What was the route for 404??? It starts from the old Jurong Interchange but go where???

3) I remembered 72 being dual AMDEP/HGDEP control for some time in 1998 after merging with service 80 to become Yio Chu Kang - Tampines. By the way when did 72 started to have DDs?
4) What are the rest of service 964's fleet? I remembered someone says it used DAFs. I believe it is Hispano DAFs, because I did not find any records in Alexander DAFs' former deployments.

Service 72 during the short trip peak hour days used only Merc 0405s as it was under full AMDEP then.
Just after the merger with 80 in mid 1998, 72 came under majority HGDEP controlled and that was where MK3s came into the fleet. Also note that AMDEP side also deployed perm MK4 DM3500s as fleet addition (remember 2741H 2742E 2743C were among the perms).
It was only somewhere in 1999 I think, 72 went back under full AMDEP and that was when LO3x began to appear on 72.

Thanks for more information (especially when 72 started to have DDs).

Right. SBS9038J-SBS9043T and SBS9048E-SBS9050Y were new to 190 back then.

1) Does 190 used to have a full SD fleet in the late 1980s?
Yes. It used to have Albion Vikings and Volvo B57s in the beginning days. NAC Volvo MK2 WAs were later brought into 190 as well. During its PAC status, Merc 0405s were used followed by MK3s.
DDs started on 190 somewhere in mid 1993 (LAs were used), after which LO3x also made its 1st appearance in Dec 1993.

I thought they used ex-105 Mercs from AMDEP?

106 started using double deckers since 1985 (when it was extended to Bukit Batok)
Now 61 only got SD. So sad.

Not very sure of the deployments of that period but I know there are still B10Ms.
