At one point of time, svc 297 plied Tampines Ave 7, Tampines Ave 9 before going to St 45, 42 etc. Later on it was amended to ply Ave 7, St 41, Ave 9 and so on. When was that, anyone remember? Don't think this info was reflected in any guides.

Service 297 was first amended to ply Tampines St 45 on 10th March 1990 before St 42 & 43. It was then amended to ply Tampines St 41 on 16th December 1990.
I only compare the routes from Bus Guide 1989/1990 and Transitlink Guide 1992 to narrow down the results and found the amendments in Busway.

Ah...When 190 became partially AMDEP controlled during the mass depot transfer exercise in March 2008, TIB937E TIB1042E TIB1177A were added into the fleet.

And 858 and 966. I spoke to some SL who drove 858. They say travelling back to WLDEP from T2 is tiring 1h trip. They changed to 965 coz it is less tiring to drive 965 than 858. 966 also shld be tiring to travel all the way back to WLDEP from Parkway Parade. I realize many WL 961 ends at GL1 like 726Y,608E and 294D. 969 also the same some WL ends at Tamp
I wanted to ask, when is the year where Victoria St became bi-directional and New Bridge Rd (road name) allow bus services to ply the road? Which buses were amended to ply these two roads instead of North Bridge Road and South Bridge Road?

TIB490B is also one of the slots that ends at GL1 on Sundays/PH. 961AM06/PM06 is the last car out to GL1.
