there are still 6 Citaros inside AMDEP (including 6007/6008). not sure why they so fast go registered and then just park inside the depot.. most of these citaros are now tilting to one side....
Why 5625-5999 rego series not rolled out? What is the rationale for re-using the early 5000 series and the 6000 series regoes?

7000-series and 9000-series were mostly used for double-decks, and 8000-series had been used up.

Perhaps they plan to buy more KUBs in future? Thats why they use 6000 series for the Citaros?

I think the different series are used to differentiate different kinds of buses.
5000 and 8000 series for low entry WAB single deckers.
6000 series for full low floor WAB buses.
7000 series for low entry WAB double deckers.

I agree with you too. I believe if the Euros continue to drop, we will see more Citaro orders to replace the Mark IVs and additional.
I wonder which service will be the first to operate only Citaro and Wright!
