The AC is very bad, I felt it very warm when I boarded SBS6001J on 28 on last Tuesday.
The bell design was not so good because the passenger will accidentily touches the bell without knowing dat make the bc keep complaining about it !

Finally took the bus on 138.
Very fast as the BC speeds most of the time, but the air con needs improvements.
I only felt cold air after the bus went for the return trip towards Ang Mo Kio along Mandai Road. I think SBST should modify the thermostat and cut holes and install air con ducts like the Wrights. The European air con holes don't work in Singapore.
Took SBS6002G and SBS6003D on service 138 yesterday, a good bus indeed running along Mandai Road. Interior was rather smooth and quiet, not so bumpy compare to the Scania K230UBs. Engine wise similar to the Merc OC500LEs.
Also spotted some tourists taking pics of themselves inside the Citaros

Can only say, funny.
1) AVMS machine is not flushed proprerly with the bus's original body part casing. It's protruding out.
2) Bell... Esp the WAB one..
3) The config is not suitable for peak hr crash load. Can't carry much standee.
4) WAB area pretty ok.
There again, it's not really fully suitable for our load condition.
The AVMS part shows why at times integral body may not be suitable for each area's bus ops.
We've this equipment, integral design may not be able to accommodate it.

Took 6003 and 6005 this morning. 6003 rear door got difficulty in closing, and BC had to keep on pressing door cock to close it. 3 things I dun like; the bus keep on tilting to the left when door opens, which makes me feel giddy. Poor air-con ventilation. Slow, as even a Dennis Lance overtake from behind. Else, I still enjoy my ride on a Citaro.

For the air con issue, i feel stuffy only when seated in the last 2 rows.
If i didn't remember wrongly, there are lesser air con holes in the last 2 rows compared to seats infront.
As for the bus being slow, maybe the BC are more careful and still getting used to their newest "toy"?

Ever joyride a Citaro in Switzerland, same thing applies. The bus tends to tilt to the right (left hand drive in Switzerland) when door opens and tilt back when door close.
in my opinion, bus is ok.
only the interior furnishing sucks.
maybe cdge shld have built e hamtaros rather than importing it direct.

6005 drove by the lady BC? i took it around 2 plus on 6005 from AMK Ave 5 to AMK interchange. short journey but i hate the way the lady bc drive... keep on stepping on the brake for no reason esp when traffic is clear... good bus spoil by the poor driving style.... and the bus only on service for 5 days, the yellow flooring at the exit is already very dirty.....
btw, they forget to remove the paper covering the "door closing" display at the exit for 6005.
