i tink it would have been lesser complaints.
after taking e sbst citaro, i tink kubs look e worthier deal for now.
sbst really needs to look into e interior design of e citaros.

if take during even peak, waiting time is shorter, but chances that he will board a mk4.... there is e-timetable for sv138 mah. just check for the departure timing....

1) AVMS machine is not flushed proprerly with the bus's original body part casing. It's protruding out.
2) Bell... Esp the WAB one..
3) The config is not suitable for peak hr crash load. Can't carry much standee.
4) WAB area pretty ok.
There again, it's not really fully suitable for our load condition.

Actually I still think it is good enough to cater the loads and it works like the older generation buses like the Scania N113CRBs, Mercedes Benz O405s and Volvo B10Ms. I don't really support peak hour crash loads these days as the front area can be so crowded that it is so hard to get off the bus. I still prefer the older buses designs which tends to be less crowded. But I observed that some of the older people like the full low floor design and claim to have more seats than the current WAB single deckers. But I think SBST should seriously improve the air con system and the bell design.
Thing is, if the corridor is not wide enough, we end up carry less people. Dun forget ppl are carrying bags n so on.

It is glad to see the bus have more seats..
I heard ppl saying the orientation of the seats are uncomfortable. Esp one of them at the wheel arch.. Those elderly will not like the back facing seats and not to talk about the shared leg room..
Euro 5 KUB has 34 seats, tis Citaro 35?

Pointless even if people doesn't want to climb the steps and move to the back. Some people also afraid of falling down while climbing the steps. Now, no excuses.
As long as there is a seat, they don't care. Many elderly don't have issues with the older O405s.
well, there are instances ppl will know how to move up.. all it takes is for one person to start it moving.
Acutally ppl these days dun have e habit of holding on to grabpoles properly.

Move up is one issue. Move down is another issue. There aren't much grabpoles like the double decker staircases and double decker staircases faces backwards, so falling down is not very often while climbing down. But WAB buses are different, when people alight, they climb down forward facing, which is in tandem in the direction the bus is moving. And it gets quite unstable for buses like Scania K230UBs and Mercedes Benz OC500LEs to a lesser extend. I have seen several occasions people almost fell or fell down the 2 steps. Having a full low floor is not a requirement but it is certainly a plus.
one BC ever talked to me bef (was only pax)...
They've to wait esp w/ e new SDs. But do notice it's e older unker's tat more patient la.

indeed, however the one high one low seats at the wheel arch is not comfortable at all. Talking abt the back facing seats, some elderly already complained the priority seats in the KUB, They mentioned why cannot be something like SMRT (OC500LE) design..

exactly, that is why sbst bought Citaro.. Anyway just want to point out some problems on Citaro..
